What you're buying
Purchases are digital perks inside the DateRoom Discord server. They have no cash value and can't be transferred outside the server.
Delivery
Perks are delivered automatically to the Discord account you logged in with, or to the gift recipient you chose. You or the recipient must be a member of the server.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your perks until the end of the period you paid for.
Role slots
Role slots last 30 days from when they're redeemed. When they expire, your custom role goes back to the member limit your tier allows.
Refunds
Because perks are delivered instantly, purchases are not refundable once delivered, except where the law requires it. Payments are handled by PayNow, so any refund is issued through PayNow, and the perks from a refunded order are removed. If something didn't arrive, open a ticket and we'll fix it.
Server rules
Breaking the server rules can lead to perks being removed without a refund. Chargebacks result in a ban from the server.
