Do I need to be in the server?
Yes. The bot can only give roles to members of DateRoom, so join before you buy, and make sure anyone you gift to is a member too.
How do I send a gift?
Pick anything, choose "As a gift", and paste the person's Discord user ID. We show you their name and avatar so you can check it's the right person before you pay.
What happens when my role ends?
If a one-month role runs out or you cancel your subscription, your custom role stays for 48 hours so you can renew. After that it's removed. Boosts you bought are kept, and role slots last 30 days from when you redeem them.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open the receipt email from PayNow and follow the link to manage your subscription. You keep your role until the end of the month you paid for.
My purchase didn't arrive.
Deliveries usually take a few seconds. If nothing has changed after five minutes, open a ticket in the server with your order number and we'll sort it out.
